This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you authorize our application to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data. By using our integration, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we may access the following information:

  • General Ledger data

  • Customer and account details needed for reporting

  • Transaction data required for calculations

  • QuickBooks company metadata (Company ID, Customer IDs, etc.)

We do not collect any information unrelated to the integration’s functional purpose.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your QBO data is used only for:

  • Retrieving and updating financial records in Zoho CRM/Creator

  • Generating ledger and account balance information

  • Automating calculations for your internal business processes

Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Data may be stored inside your secured Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM environment as part of normal operation.
We do not store data outside of Zoho systems.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share QBO data with third parties.
Data is only exchanged securely between:

  • Your QuickBooks Online account

  • Your Zoho Creator / Zoho CRM account

5. Data Security

We rely on Zoho’s and Intuit’s enterprise-grade security standards.
All requests use OAuth 2.0 and encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Your Control

You can revoke our application's access to your QBO account at any time from your Intuit App Settings.
You may also request deletion of stored data inside Zoho at any time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
