End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your use of our QuickBooks Online integration.
By connecting your QBO account, you agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this integration within your own Zoho environment for internal business purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell the integration
Use the integration for unlawful purposes
Provide access to unauthorized third parties
3. Use of QuickBooks Data
You authorize the integration to retrieve and process QBO data strictly for:
Ledger reporting
Account balance calculations
Updating related CRM or Creator records
The integration will not alter your QBO data unless you explicitly configure it to do so.
4. Data Security
All communication with QBO uses OAuth 2.0 and secure HTTPS.
You acknowledge that your Zoho and Intuit accounts remain your responsibility for access control and security.
5. No Warranty
The integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated QBO data.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including:
Loss of financial data
Business interruption
Misconfigured automation in Zoho
Your use of the integration is at your own discretion.
7. Termination
You may terminate access at any time by revoking OAuth authorization in QuickBooks Online.
We may suspend use if the integration is misused or causes system instability.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
